We listen to business owners, managers, accountants, and customs brokers. From workshops and restaurants to clinics, schools, transport companies, factories, and professional practices.
When we find a problem worth solving, we aim to build a business that solves it. First, we want to understand the problem from the inside.
- What we ask
- 20 minutes by phone or video call, at a time you choose. No preparation is needed.
- What we share
- Useful public data about your sector and, later, a summary of what we learn. Sector-specific sheets and conversation summaries are in preparation.
- What we protect
- Participation is voluntary. Summaries do not include your name or your business’s name. We only record with your permission.
