Privacy notice — Reperta · Last updated: 2026-09-30

1. Data controller

Jehu Lara Corona, an individual, with an address at [Address pending] and email [Privacy email pending], is responsible for processing your personal data.

2. Data we process

Your name, role, business phone number and email, conversation notes and, only if you authorize it, an audio recording and transcript. We do not process sensitive personal data.

3. Where we obtain the data

From publicly accessible sources such as INEGI’s DENUE directory; from chamber and association directories or the business website; or directly from you.

4. How we use the data

  • Primary purpose: to contact you for a conversation about how your business sector operates and to analyze responses in aggregate, without names.
  • Secondary purposes (you may decline these without affecting the primary purpose by writing to [Privacy email pending]): (a) contacting you again to show a proposal related to what you shared; (b) inviting you to other studies about your business sector.

5. Your business’s financial data

If you are an individual and choose to share your business’s cost or revenue figures, we will ask for your express consent before recording them in our notes; they are used only in aggregate.

6. How to limit use

Reply “no” to any message, and we will stop contacting you immediately.

6-bis. Recording and transcription

We record only if you agree at the beginning of the call (the question and your answer are included at the start of the recording). If you decline, the conversation continues in the same way, without recording. The recording is used only to transcribe and analyze what you shared. Transcription uses automated tools, preferably on our own computer, or a provider processing it on our behalf. Only members of the study team have access. The audio is deleted once the transcript has been reviewed, no later than 30 days; the transcript is retained without your name or your business’s name.

7. ARCO rights

(access, rectification, cancellation, and objection). Send your request to [Privacy email pending] with your name and what you are requesting; we respond within the time limits established by law.

8. Transfers

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. The data may be transferred to companies established and controlled by the data controller, which will process it under this same notice (article 36, section III, of the LFPDPPP). Email and storage providers hold the data only on our behalf.

9. Retention

For the duration of the study; the data is then deleted or anonymized.

10. Changes to this notice

Changes are published on this same page, with their date.

11. Authority

If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may contact the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
