Why did you contact me?
We look for people who know the everyday work of a business. Our contact database draws on multiple sources: business and professional directories, chambers and associations, business websites, platforms, and referrals. The specific source depends on the contact. You can ask where we obtained your details or request that we stop contacting you.
Will you try to sell me something?
Not during this conversation. We look for problems worth solving so that we can later build businesses to solve them. If we develop a proposal related to what you shared, we may ask permission to show it to you. You can decline further contact and still take part in the conversation.
What does Reperta gain from this?
An understanding of a real problem before investing in a solution. We want to listen to the people who experience it and learn how they handle it today.
Your participation
How long is the conversation, and what is it like?
About 20 minutes, by phone or video call, at a time you choose. We ask how you work today and what happened the last time something cost you time or money. There are no right answers, and you do not need to prepare anything.
What do I receive for participating?
The study intends to share useful public data about your sector and, later, a summary of what we learn. Sector-specific sheets and interview summaries are in preparation. Our method page explains how we investigate and includes a statistical reference for Nuevo León.
Can someone else from my team take part?
Yes. The person who knows the process and does the everyday work can take part.
Privacy and contact
Will you publish my name or my business’s name?
Summaries are published by business sector, without names. We do not publish your identity or your business’s identity. You may skip any question and share only what you choose.
Will you record the conversation?
Only with your permission at the beginning. If you decline, the conversation continues without recording. Before asking, we explain how the audio and transcript would be used, who would have access, and how long they would be kept. The privacy notice provides the details.
How do I ask you to stop contacting me?
Reply “no” to the message you received. We will stop contacting you. To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, consult the privacy notice and the study’s contact channel when it becomes available.
